DCP advocates for inclusion. The TIP PROJECT
is meant to encourage the incorporation of diverse individuals
into a single system. We advocate that a body (group, team,
organization) is not whole if it chooses to exclude certain
individuals or sub-groups from its dealings. All those excluded
are part and parcel of the whole, and without them, you

We have developed a software tool known
as ODDA. This stands for One-Day- Diversity-Assessment.
Using ODDA, we ask real people in your organization real
questions in the area of diversity. They usually answer
openly and honestly because we reassure them that it is
for their own good. We also ascertain them that it is strictly
confidential. You will realize that we know how to empathize
with our respondents as revealed in the Testimonials.

to know what employees really want; you decide what to do
